St. Clair County State Bank’s history in banking began when Osceola Bank was founded in 1896 by John H. Lucas.  Osceola bank has expanded and become what is now St. Clair County State Bank with our main branch proudly located in our original location.  The bank has been a primarily agricultural lender for well over 125 years. The bank has grown to over $200,000,000 in assets with the help of our loyal customers.  We are proud to be serving the citizens of St. Clair County and surrounding counties for many years to come.
